Areas
I Serve
My
main service area covers an area extending out from Salem and Dallas/Independence:
- from
McMinnville in the north to Corvallis to the south, and
- from
Silverton in the east to Dallas in the west.
(Basically
Yamhill, Marion, Polk, and Benton counties.)
I
am glad to consider working with you if you are outside that general
area but may need to charge for travel time. Please contact me to talk
over these details.
Privacy
Policy
Any
personal information you give me will always be kept confidential. If
you email me, I will use your email address only to respond to your
inquiry(s) and to make certain I have answered all your questions. Once
we have completed our exchange, I will not email you later on, unless
you have given me your specific permission. The same is true with any
contact information, such as your mailing address and phone number(s).
I
do not call numbers shown on my caller ID unless the caller has left
a message asking me to return her/his call.
Once
you and I have entered into a working relationship, I will use your
contact information to fulfill my obligation to you. I may also contact
you after the ceremony or other work I do for you is completed, to ask
for feedback on your experience working with me. Of course, you may
request that I do not contact you for feedback.
If
you give me information that is specific to your situation, I will not
share it with anyone uninvolved with arranging the ceremony I am creating
for you. For instance, I may tell your Funeral Director when a member
of the family from out of the area is arriving in town, if this information
will help make the planning process easier, but I will not tell anyone
else. If I receive information about your situation from your Funeral
Director, I will not share that information with anyone. When I am working
with more than one person to create a ceremony such as a
family planning a Celebration of Life I may share information
between those people in order to facilitate the planning process, but
I never share information that is clearly only one person's business.
Generally
speaking, I tend toward upholding confidentiality more than most people
do. I will be happy to give you specific information on how I store
my records if you request it.
The
regular exception applies: In the unlikely event that I or my records
are legally subpoenaed, I must provide the requested information to
the requesting agency.
Please
let me know if you have any questions about any of this.
